Mickey and Ginny Worden opened Oak Tree Agency in 1980 with a focus on helping businesses with their insurance needs. Today, our family owned insurance agency includes three generations and the same commitment to providing personalized support for every client.
Mickey continues to support some of our long-time clients. Ginny handles all things financial, while their daughter, Amy works with new and existing clients as a licensed agent. Her son Dillon helps with technical and administrative support.

Mickey and Ginny founded Oak Tree Agency in 1980 to provide personalized small business insurance for contractors and other companies in Oklahoma. He’s seen many changes in the insurance industry in his 40+ years in this business, but his passion for helping small businesses has never changed.
Ginny Worden
Office Manager
Ginny is responsible for all things financial at Oak Tree. You may hear from her regarding a new quote or any billing issues related to your accounts. She’s been part of the business alongside Mickey since the beginning.
Amy Crowell
Licensed Agent
Amy is the second generation of our family owned insurance agency. As the daughter of Mickey and Ginny, she grew up learning the insurance agency and shares her parents’ passion for helping small businesses get the right insurance coverage for their unique needs.
Dillon Crisp
Administrative and Technical Support
Dillon represents the third generation of our agency. He helps with all the tech stuff around the office and provides administrative support to our clients where needed.
